Refunds
As a member of Trade with Pat Robot or Trade with Pat VIP you must adhere to this return policy if you intend to pursue a refund. First, understand that there is a learning curve with the software, that will take varying lengths depending on the client’s trading experience.
In order to qualify for a return, the client must follow these rules:
- The client must apply for a return within the first 14 days (following the Consumer Rights Directive for online purchases)
- Email support @ tradewithpat.com with original order email & reason for return.
- Please provide some images of your setup, and how you used the robot.
There are no refunds for the following types of orders:
- Additional licenses
- Diamond or Ultimate packages
Additional licenses should only be purchased, when a client is certain that they are happy with the original purchase.

Exchanges
In some rare cases, if you are beyond the 14 days, we will offer you access to our signals room, or other services. Email support for such requests.
